The tool for generating fixed lists are useful, but I think it could be even more useful if you could choose to define your own little 'Fixed'-message to go with the bug report instead of the issue title which can sometimes be unclear on describing the issue.
So for example: (just took one from your tracker)
Issue title: Unfiled status
Fixed message: Fixed issue where the count of issues belonging to a status sometimes ended up being 0, when more.
(It would not be a required field of course)
